Payment indicates acceptance of terms. Classic open air or enclosed trolleys and shuttles may be utilized unless otherwise specified in contract. Schedule, times, trip counts and venues subject to change based on volume and availability without obligating a refund. Brewen’s is not liable for time delays due to guests, traffic or unforseen factors including but not limited to Covid 19. Guests will be required to wear a mask upon boarding and practice all legally required social distance guidelines, as well as sign a waiver. Prices subject to change until 50% non-refundable Secure Deposit received. Balance due 45 days prior to event. Credit Card and Late fees assess at 3% per month. Gratuities are based on list price. Discounts subject to change with change in hours or number of vehicles. Additional time will be added at the contracted rate per vehicle. Excessive debris charge of $285 will be charged on an as needed basis. No hourly refunds available for cancellations with less than 6 weeks notice. Individual fee refunds beyond minimum available with minimum 7 day notice. Please allow 30 days to process refunds. Thank you for your business!
